For my fourth photo assignment I did still life. I chose to do glass because glass is pretty and clear. There are so many ways for glass to be placed. It was cool and there were so many different ways that I can move and lay the glasses, I think that the pictures came out very pretty. For my favortie picture I put all of the glasses together and moved them around to get the perfect picture. They look very pretty and shiny and they all have different heights.

I like this photo. Mabye you could have zoomed in on the subject some more. The color of the wall blends very well with the glasses.

ReplyDeleteGreat job,Laura! I really like how you arranged the glass with some tall pieces and some shorter ones. The only thing that you might want to try is taking the picture from different angles and trying different types of lighting just to see if you like any of those even better. Even without doing that, though, this is a great picture!

ReplyDeleteThe picture looks really great in black on white. I haven't seen the picture in color, but I bet this black and white photo shows the light reflecting of the glass better than the color version. great picture!

ReplyDeletecreative. The black and makes it more dramatic. The only thing is that it looks grainy. My word of advice is that if you can take the picture in black and white on your camera because sometimes photo shop makes it grainy. Nice background its nice and simple
